TODDLER SWING SET FOR OUR SPECIAL NEEDS LITTLE PRINCESS
this is my 8th try!!!! ):
I would like so much to be able to get a toddler swing set for our precious little grand-daughter
for Christmas.
She is a 'special needs' toddler and she needs this to help with her coordination and motor skills. The set in the picture is the best one that I could find, and I found it at Walmart....
She was born with 'abnormalities' and has been through pure hell and torture since the minute she was born. She will be 2 yrs. Old in a few days and is still undergoing treatment for her 'abnormalities' (there is a medical term for what she has but I can not pronounce it let along spell it!!!, lolol). She has huge cyst inside and outside her body. These cyst are made up of 1,000's of micro-scopic cysts. She was in the hospital for 4 months after she was born hooked up to all kinds of equipment and monitors; trach, breathing tube, feeding tube, ect....
She is doing much better now, but she still has a long way to go. I just want to get this swing set for her in hopes it will help her with her motor, and coordination skills.

I know you love her very much, and would never do anything to insult her, but you have no idea how demeaning that sort of labelling can be to a person who has special needs. That's the thing, she HAS them, but calling her "special needs" defines her by them. [/rant]

I got an amazing telephone call earlier this evening....she was soooooo excited she could hardly talk!!!! LOLOLOLOL I won't mention names but she is a sweetie from Tennessee!!! she called to let me know that for ONCE she and I was both on the first page!!!!!!! YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY then I got all excited and I could hardly talk!!!! lolololol this is a total shock for me!!!
