My lovely roomate Kenny is an avid snowboarder who has never seen the mountains.
We live in Saskatoon, and he has become a very skilled rider practicing on a mountain made of garbage-yes garbage, which is the only local hill (it's pretty flat here as i am certain you can imagine! A garbage mountain is a pretty decent solution around here). We work together, where i see him work very hard day in and day out cooking food at a restaurant. He rarely gets a day off, and when he does, if he can afford it, his time is dedicated to snowboarding. He is one of the loveliest, kindest people I know, and he has a smile and a giggle for everyone. Please vote for sweet Kenny, who will likely take his father if he wins! (more)
