I Started, "The Mission" so people would have a place to connect with God and secondly to provide assistance to
families in need. I love empowering people to make a change and being there when they have a need. If you help me you will be helping many different kinds of people. Most work and don't have enough to make ends meet. Rents in NYC are sky rocketing the avarage rent for a 1 bed oom apart ment is 750 to 1200 dollars a month gas and food prices are no better the average tank of gas has been $3.20 a galon regular.
I decided to help people. Maybe that's not something you would choose to get in. But it is very rewarding. And, if you help me you are already helping. Recently I helped someone enter a homless shelter and was brought to tears at the amount of families, pregnant women, and children were there, seemed like hundreds. I don't know all the reasons but this is happening for real in New York City. Your help is needed. (less) (more)
