This is my second request for this wish! I really need those new light bulbs for my whole house.
I am on budget billing with my electric bill down this year, my plan price will go down on next year's bill. I really can use this because my disability from my cancer will not afford me to pay for them and basically they are all blowing out right now and am in desperate need of them now. Soon i will have less money because i hopefully will be going back to school thru disability and the gas will take up alot of my bill money to go back and forth. Unfortunately light bulbs in the house are a necessity and they are not in my non-budget. (more)
