My boyfriend doesnt have a job anymore.
Im seventeen and live with my boyfriend cant get any help from state or food banks because Im not old enough to go to a food bank. My boyfriend cant go to a food bank because he doesnt have soc. sec. number. I have a daughter and Im pregnant and have no food at all here exept some rice. I get wic but milk goes fast with my daughter. I would really love to get help from someone please. I do have paypal if anyone can help just email me for my paypal acount name. Please If anyone can Help I would really apreciate it. (more)

I have wic but my case worker told me I cant get food stamps till im 19. But thanks everyone.
I was pregnant at 17 and the father of the baby took off. I was working for while but pregnancy complications as well as my own physical problems got in the way of that. I was lucky though that there is lots of help out there for teen mothers. You should have no problem at all getting food stamps. WIC is also run by the USDA FNS
I have no idea where you live but if you are 14 years old and give the aid office a doctors note confirming your pregnancy you will have foodstamps in 3 days along with an immediate food order from a local church and you will have all the medical provided along with a monthly cash allotment. Unless your boyfriend is an illegal there is no reason he can not get a social security number. Seems to me that if he really cared he would get to the Social security office pronto and get a number so that you could get more help.
Ive already talked to my case worker about it. My mom collects SSI so she cant get Help I cant Say that I dont Live with her Or they could put me in foster care.
I don't know what state you're in, but you should keep this wish up AND go to Family services. I don't believe that they can't help you. Part of the problem could be that YOU believe that. If you go to them and tell them that you're a 17 year old mother of (almost) 2 and you need help and then refuse to leave - you'll get help.
I can get help from the state other than title twenty I have to wait till I am nineteen because I dont live with my mom and Im not imancipated. Ive talked to my church and they said they couldnt help because funds are low. And I get wic but its not enough to live off of.
call your local churches they may be able to help and ask at wic they can maybe point you in the direction for help also you should try social services again i was 16 when i was getting help .
