My son Kaden was born with Transposition of the Arteries which had to be corrected with open heart surgery at 2 weeks of
age. Kaden has also had to have other surgeries due to complications from this problem. He is now 3 yrs. old and has to have regular visits to the heart doctor and others to make sure everything is still okay, along with occupational and speech therepy because of the delays in his development caused by the Grade 2 bleeds on his brain from lack of oxygen he suffered. We live 35 miles from the town that Kaden sees some doctors in and 3 hrs away from his heart doctor. We have no transportation to and from appts. and some have been missed because of this. Help would be greatly appreciated. (more)
