Had a similar experience - declined the friendship thing, and now have another offer in my inbox.... after exchanging several messages. I too find the repeated "Try ebay! I'll help you search there!" comments annoying.

The obituary notice was a pithy cry for help...the man in the obit was like 127 years old...she said her dad is in his 50's..hello, some of us can do basic math. I post them on peoples wishes because just in case someone else is in the same situation that same information may help them as well by seeing it as a comment on someone's wish!!!
