i've had gynecomastia ever since i was 12 and since then i have never taken my shirt off in public...it's even difficult
in private...and that's just me, by myself in the bathroom or changing. i haven't been swimming in 18 years, which i would like to do especially at my sister's wedding in july. i have not had a girlfriend for a few years because the older i get the condition worsens and that's all i see or think about. over the past 18 years i have struggled with a deep depression because of this, as well. i would just like to get the surgery to help fix a part of my life so i can finally be comfortable with my body and myself. thanks. Good luck getting your wish.
wishing you luck!!
Well not as bad as my man boobs, but no man should have to suffer through this.
What is the name of this doctor(on the youtube video) and where is he located.
Thanks
Scotty
its good to know you're finally doing something about this
hope you win!
goodl luck!
Good luck!
one of my guy friends has one moob and it hurts him (mostly from the other guys pinching it and teasing him) and he's thrilled that it's getting removed! who knows what cancers lurk inside! i hope this happens for you...you can always move to canada where this sort of removal is free and encouraged!
thanks for the info
I hope you get your surgery, Good Luck
thanks all for the support. i appreciate it
If it bothers you I hope you get the surgery. I wish you the best.
um... I don't really know if you should get the money or not. The video is a bit gross.
I see some people ripping into discarted over this... it's not funny. All of us have body image issues to some degree or another. Some elective surgeries are more cosmetic than others, this is akin to re-constructive surgery after cancer or a car accident.
That must suck. Sorry to hear about your moobs. I think the addition of the video will give your wish a lot of support. I learned a lot with this one.
HAHAHAHA! You have funky nipples and you need $5,000 for that? Jesus Christ, are you serious?!
OMG//!!11 T3h T1tz!!!/11###
thanks everybody for your support
You totally deserve your wish to be granted! You are a great kid and I am happy for you that you are able to change your life!
:)
If the surgery fixes all your self image problems, more power to you.
Arg, I wrote this whole thing about body image and whether or not the surgery would help your self image, but it sounded really condescending. I'm surel you've already given craploads of thought to it, but many of my friends have little (and big) deformities and they are really as sexy as they want to be.
I know a girl with a tiny dimple-scar by her ear that no one can see which makes her constantly shy.
I also know a guy with a baseball sized lump on his head who performs music in front of crowds.
Me I don't take my shirt off because I have hairy shoulders.
I hope you get control of your life, through surgery or however, 5 stars.
(damn, that still sounded like a shitty afterschool special, sorry)
I wish there were a way for the world to know what a nice person you were. You're the type of guy I'd dribble a basketball through a mine field for.
My hypothesis is that a challenge like this might be the very thing that helped shape your very cool personality. I hope your wish comes true.
Gosh... this wish kind of makes me uncomfortable. I know it seems inconsistent with my voting yes to a boob job for women, but I am wondering... is this... are you transgendered?

this bodybuilder is obviously not transgendered

I do have to admit, though, I kind of would like you to post a picture of your chest. I mean, you're asking us for money to change it, I'd like to see if it really does rise to the level of "deformity," or it it's just within the natural variation of male chests.
"And I know that often, F-to-Ms will have gynecomastia done under the auspices of "correcting a congenital deformity,"
What do you mean by that "have gynecomastia done"
when in comes down it to though, deciding on what you think about my condition or anyone's opinion for that matter is subjective. what i see and have is technically defined as a congenital deformity(look these two words up) no matter the severity of the condition. my condition is considered moderate by doctors when compare to others. too me it is severe. just like the girl with the tiny dimple behind her ear mention in puppet master's comment. in the end you may just see my condition as a variation of the male chest. well, it is not and there are two unnaturally occurring superball size glands with about the same density under my nipples, puffing them out, and making my chest sag slightly. they don't belong there. that's why there is a proceudre for this. and if there was a natural part of the male body, 100% of males would have it, not roughly 50-60%. you seem hung up on the trannie thing...what's the deal?
