Because I am nice. Actually, an apartment is not big enough, even if nice. I have a lot of stuff, especially in the kitchen. I would like to put away all of my things into appropriate places. Right now, I have a lot of things stuck in boxes. Perhaps I can get rid of some of it but I don't even have room to sort it out.
Of course 5K does not buy a house, but it does pay for down payment and those funny expenses that up only after you had bought the house. ;)
I am placing this as 'greedy' but there is some real need here, having a cluttered home is not child safe or friendly. (more)
I'm cheering for you! Hopefully it doesn't shove the remark in, but I'm throwing this out, it looks like more need is in this wish than when I initially posted. I had a small 'disagreement' with my landlord yesterday (as of this comment) and I really don't want to go through explaining that I am a WORK at home mom, not a lazy bum, because I will not be able to use tact with him (I was told that I do have time to clean up because I stay home with my daughter and that my husband shouldn't have to come home to clutter).
In regards to the wish amount, there is nothing unreasonable about it, it is actually an undervalue. Though even if I did win (I could only wish lol), I doubt I'd get the full 5k. So I'm a little lost on the point of down voting because of the site limit, though I do concede it is your opinion.
