This is an actual pic of my Mother about 6-8 months ago.
The special thing I remember the most is her taking me and my brothers to a shallow river and we tried to catch the little fish with our hands. We would picnic there and stay the whole day then go home close to dark. She knew we loved the wading and trying to cath the little fishies and would always take us back to see us laugh and smile. As I grew older me and my mom grew apart. Now years later and 6-8 months since this picture I am her caretaker. She is on oxygen 24/7 and also does 4 breathing treatments a day and a long list of meds taken at certain times and also has a fractured spine. If I win this wish I would like to take the $10 and buy her a couple flowers from wal-mart since they are cheaper and the rest on chocolates which she loves to eat. Even though we grew apart over the years she is still my mom and I love her. She can't get out to see the beautiful flowers she loves so much anymore and that is why I chose a couple flowers. Words like I love you are hard for me and her to say. I just want to let her know I care. I know right now it would mean a lot to her. (more)
