his 13th birthday.As most of you know Sherri took Joe (her 12 yr.old son) to the doctor this week because of him being very
tired, thirsty, brusing alot, achy everywhere, and she was scared it could be his kidney again, as some of you know he has Hydronephritis (Im sure thats mispelled) and he had kidney surgery in 04 to undo a blockage in his ureters (again, mispelled) and upper pelvic junction.
He only has 27 percent use of his right kidney. So the doctor did the normal exam and did a UA with no signs of infection! And then to the hospital for blood work, they took 3 vials of blood, and are going to test for Diabetes and Anemia.
Joe is so upset. They had a long positive talk with him and told him that we'll just take it one day at a time, if the tests show anything, and that it is very easy to manage. On May 12th he has appointment with Dr. Kenneth Kropp in Toledo, who is his Ped. Urologist. He will do a ultrasound on the kidney to test it's function.
Joe's 13th Birthday is June 15th. He said no matter what, he's going to Chucky Cheese.....LOL LOL LOL... So he thinks.
Sherri Is so nice and has done many contests here. Can we as a community help her make her boys dream come true? This family has been through so much. I admire their strength. No matter what is thrown their way they work together as a family and don't let it get them down. Thanks to all for reading and many thanks for voting. (more)

Thank you for doing this for the Ferst family! I will always give my 5 for a wish for Sherri, and I want Joe to get to Chuck E. Cheese and be able to eat whatever he wants and play as many games as he wants to! It will also take gas $$ so I hope they get enough so that he will really be able to "live it up!"
