I am currently unemployed and also having health problems.
My doctor prescribed some medication that will help me with my depleting energy level. I went to pick it up the other day and was shocked to find out that it was $50.00 WITH insurance. It is not on the "formulary" list or some such B.S., so I have had to go without. With owing rent and bills, and having to scrape by for food and gas, I feel that I cannot buy my medication. However, I would love to be able to feel better and have more energy to look for a job and get household things done. I would appreciate winning this wish so much, I just cannot tell you! I truly need this medication to help me until they get to the bottom of my medical condition. Thank you for reading my wish! (more)

Mom, I hope you win your wish. I want you to get your meds.
I checked the Walmart list and my med is not on it. On the website, Needy.meds, they state the following: The patient must have no insurance and meet income guidelines that are not disclosed, so I would not qualify as I have insurance (until May 31st anyway, but I need the medicine NOW). If anyone else has ideas, please let me know and thanks for your votes! :)

Our clinic had a sign up last time I went that said they no longer accept samples from the sales people. I asked the pharmacy if the doctor could do anything and they said no, because it was on the nonformulary list, so I guess I am stuck. It would help me so much to have this medicine right now, as I am so very fatigued and trying to still look for jobs, and so many other things right now. Thank you to everyone for your support! Contact the maker of the drug... They can sometimes help... Also tell your Dr that you need something...you can afford on a regular basis....

My heart goes out to you. I have to take a lot of medicine myself, and it is way expensive. Try also to ask your doctor if he or she has any samples, and contact the company that makes them to see if they have any assistance programs.
