you should look around for animal rescue groups in your area to find out if there is any funding to help people like yourself with vet bills. I know they exist, you just have to look!

lack of funds; others are just for their are; or others are for pups or rescue.
And two; you have to notify BEFORE treatment; which in the case of an
emergency like mine [and many many more] is impossible ~ so you are
automatically disqualified.
