For the record. I am the one who donated the $5. Dem PM'ed me today to tell me that Serena's Mommy had offered to get a fan and he asked if I wanted him to return the $5.

I said no and suggested he use it towards perhaps getting a little desk fan or something. I live in SC. I have no AC and one little fan. I understand the heat. Den has been up front and honest with me in PM. I didn't even know about SM offering to grant his wish till I saw his PM today.

Den knew I had donated the $5 as I posted it in one of the threads Stormy started. I don't know if he knew I had done it by chip in though as he never did refer to my comment left on the Chip in so I believe he thanked me for the donation after reading about it in the thread.

If your wish would have looked like you even had a prayer of winning, I wouldn't have bothered to make the ChipIn page for you in the first place.
It's dadoftwo and his buddies that are partially responsible for my decision to do that.

My buddies? I only know about 10 people here. I do have a website and refer people here to come vote. I don't think I ever downvoted Den before. It was due to what was happening in the forums and the name calling and downvoting of other wishes to keep Den on top just because you don't know the other wishers. It is all in the thread you and others started Stormy. So Den can thank you for it then.

Maybe it we discuss it and decide who we want to vote for and who we will skip over. Maybe since we are friends we talk about wishes we would like to suport. That's what friends do.

Isn't it amazing that those 10 vote exactly the same on every wish they vote on? Don't any of you ever have an original thought or preference?

Then why are you allowing your friends to hurt others wishes? If you want to run this next week and your friends not attack others then I will suport it and may even promote it on my website. I don't like underhanded tricks to hurt others and that is what your friends have done this week for you. See what you come up with in the chip-in and Serena's mommy's donation and run it next week for the balance.

His friends MAY have downvoted wishes but..it would have been as a result of the downvotes he was already getting.
Personally, I didn't downvote anyone until mysteriously, all the wishes that had been on top ended up falling very quickly due to mass downvotes.

If you were his friend Stormy you wouldn't go around downvoting others to cause him the greif. If any of them are even really his friend they wouldn't of wanted to hurt his chances, right? I have been in the forums and it is not my thing. Don't like the name calling and bickering for nothing. People there like to just stir stuff up JUST to cause problems for whoever is wishing. They gang up against anyone they do not know and wonder why people choose not to get to know them. Just like they have done this week to try to make someone else lose so you could win. There were quite a few folks that watched it this week. When they gang up to make the top wishes lose JUST so their friend can win. I wouldn't want to win like that for sure. Then they donate to your wish and still try to cause problems for other wishers. That is not fair to the other wishers. They even go as far as to call them multis because they don't know them. Shoot no one knows anyone except on the internet here so I guess since no one really knows ANYONE, everyone must be a multi huh?

No one else was doin the kind of mass downvoting you and your friends have resorted to. I'm curious though. Do you know the people you are supporting? How does your group decide which ones to mass downvote and which ones you'll all vote for? Do you hold secret meetings somewhere and make your plot? At least those in the forum are promoting the wishes in the open, not manuevering behind the scenes.
