my daughter and grandson are homeless right now.
they live wherever they can find someone that will let them stay with them for a while. my daughter is a single mom and is a hard worker. the only jobs she has been able to find only pays minimum wage, and her ex-husband will not pay child support for their son which is 16 yrs. old. she has struggled ever since she moved back to Florida. she has no vehicle and has to depend on other people to get her to and from work. right now she needs a car (a decent used vehicle), and money to get them into an apartment for her and her son. they really need help!!! thank you, Wanda Prescott (more)

Hi. I wish I could've gotten here in time. Please know that your daughter and grandson are in my prayers. I know my mom (she's in Florida, too!) worries about me, behind on rent right now and unemployed. To guard against this, I worked hard to get my Bachelors and Master's degrees while raising three sons alone. At her age and my age, she shouldn't have to worry so. I now cannot find employment for the first time in my life and have been searching everywhere not just in my profession. I fear for my family and impending homelessness and lack of medical and dental insurance. I know we want the best for our children and times are tough right now. If you relist let me know. In the meantime, I will pray every day for a miracle in their lives. We have to believe that God will provide. Take care, Sunshine Lady!
i know how it feels to not know what is comming next. but when you hit rock bottom like that the only way to go is up. god bless and you and yours are in my prayers!
I did not know how to vote, or wasnt on here when your voting was done- I would absolutely vote for your wish, so let me know if you run it again. I was in the same situation in Florida- my car broke down, had to depend on friends for a ride, eventtually lost my job. And Florida is a hard state to afford to live in anyway. My kids are grown now and I am doing better (in a different stae)..I havent figured out what props mean or how to send a private message yet. Let me know if you run your wish again!
glad to hear that you are doing a lot better sweetie. yes, you're right, FL is not a very good state to earn a living in!!!! some parts of it is better than other parts though, like most states. in the part of it that live in it is really hard to earn a living!!!!!!
all my kids are grown now also Patsy and working on 8 grown grandkids, lolol. and I have a little baby (almost 2 yrs old) grand-daughter. and 3 greats!!!!
my 2 daughters are always having problems of some kind, lolol. and who do they turn to when they need help? LOL of course mom and dad!!!! but we can only do so much which we try our best to do. but sometimes that just isn't enough is it?

I agree that my EX-son-in-law is sorry, low-down and good for nothing!!! and all 'sperm-doners' such as he should have to go to prison for the rest of their natural lives. but this is just my personal opinion, lolol.
