My brother was born with the cord wrapped around his neck, and he lost precious oxygen,so he is mentally challenged.He has
to deal with people making fun of him or giving him dirty looks because of the way he is,and he does not deserve it.I don't see him as different he is my brother. so his birthday is coming up and he loves the atlanta braves.so my wish this week is for him.so he can buy anything he wants out of their book that he gets in the mail,and this birthday will be one he can be happy about.. (more)
