In September I will likely be attending this pirate festival [ link ] and I will need appropriate clothing.
The blouse and pants I need will be fairly simple to make but a corset or waist cincher is much more complicated a project. I have no experience making such a piece and will likely not have the time seeing as I have several other projects on the go at the moment.
This one, is reasonably priced for what it is and looks like something a fearsome pirate might wear. [ link ] It even has rings on the side that I could use to carry my set of shakles in case I come upon a promising looking slave to train to swab my decks.
