You have my support! I'll have to get and upload more pics later. Spit Fire is just one of the little ferals. Here is a bit more to the story:
Actually my buddy Ditch (a biker in my local motorcycle group) dropped off a whole litter of little feral kits. Spitfire got away the first time. He picked him up the next day and boy he made a mess out of Ditch's finger and arm! He brought him to me in a hefty trash bag box and warned me not to touch him. LOL...I picked that spitting hissing wild baby up and put him right on my shoulder. Never got a scratch! So funny to see a big bad biker afraid of a little 1 pound kitten.
Later I was all set to milk feed these younguns but my son had his plate of food which had a whole chicken leg on it. Little spit jumped off the cage, landed in his plate, scared the crap out of my son, pulled this leg off his plate and ran away with it. The leg was like 3 times bigger than the kitten!!
Oh he was growling, clawing, hissing spitting and every other thing that little baby could remember from his momma. I picked the kit up with this huge leg dangling from his mouth and put him in the feed cage where he quickly ran right out of still holding onto the leg. Caught him again shut the door quick, threw in the others one by one and it was a big growling hissing spitting chomping party going on.
Well my kid lost his dinner but loved the entertainment. The next day we started these babies on raw meat. They are now eating a pound of ground meat a day, or 3 chicken legs a day (5 kits)
I wish I could catch a good video but they need to be caged and fed so fast that I never have a chance to catch a vid.
We have SpitFire, PerlPaw, BlackEar, SnowWhite, and one still nameless as his character isn't developed yet.
