You can still vote for this wish. If the wish has been granted by the community then Robin Hood Fund isn't going to grant it twice. I'm pretty sure the $500 will go to the next place wish.
Nope, if you win you get what you asked for (up to the $500 limit) AND your donations. Donations do not take away from winnings no matter what. See Liesl's wish from last period - she got all $500 she asked for PLUS $1200 or so in donations. But honestly, this wish isn't for that much - if I came in second place and got $470, I would not be complaining! :D
Oops! I was wrong. If you don't ask for more than is donated, you won't get more. (i.e. you cannot get more than you ask for, except through donations - RHF funds only work to make up the difference if there is one)

That's pretty sweet. $90 is a lot of cheescake and chicken wings. I suggest buying a whole big cheesecake from Sam's Club or Costco. They are absolutely delectable.

Ahh, I've been (occassionally) day-dreaming about a sailing adventure for a little while and have looked into the working for room and board a little bit in the past... the question I never got past though (suppose (I didn't look too hard), is: do you require any experience with sailing, or just like a mop and bucket?

well it depends what ship you talk to and what they need at the time. If you are willing to work there are usually ships that will take you on

I love it out there on the ocean!!! it is beautiful and peaceful. I love the dolphins and the sunsets and the night wind in my hair and the perfect clear stary skies. Its a good life...very hard work but that is a good thing at times
