Smurfette's cat, Raisin, was tragically killed a few days ago.
She has 12 children and it's not been easy trying to help her children to get over their grief. I think having a really nice funeral and burial in the local pet cemetary would go a long way to ease their pain.

Smurf, I am so sorry about Rasin. He was such a great cat. I know he loved to lay in the SUN. Remember the time you dropped the kids yogurt on raisin and it covered him? He was a yogurt covered rasin. Or the time he got into the chocolate syrup when you were making sundaes? He rubbed up against the chocolate syrup and it just covered rasin. I know your pain. I just lost my baby catfish, Filet. We had to flush him to the big lake in the sky. My little Catfish Filet deserved so much better....I hope you get this granted. Give all the babies hugs for me.
I love animals. And if I won the lottery I would give it to you in a minute. But that hasn't happened. I am very sorry for your loss, but 3k way too much for a kitty funeral. I could almost bury myself for that amount. I wish you well in your burial of your kitty.

I love my animals dearly but I think it is ridiculious to spend $3000 on a funeral for any animal. Put it in a box bury in the back yard & let the kids make a cross for it & say a little prayer & be done with it. The kids will be fine, kids get over things real fast, & on to a new pet after a little bit. I think you should take the kids the humane society & let them adopt a pet that needs a good home.

Aww poor kitty smurfette should have been a better kitty mommy and not let you go out drunk ,rest in peace sweet kitty may jack daniels flow freely from the heavens ,I always cry at funerals .
Bless you Heaven you are an Angel. When I think of her and those dear dear children, well it just breaks my heart. She is such a good mother to those children--when shes not sober-- it just anguishes me to know that they have gone through this. Bless her.
