A lot of people would love a few extra dollars.
I know I would. There are so many things, small things, I would love to do but lack of money hold me back. I can't remember the last time my family could afford to go to a nice restaurant and have a nice meal served to us. And the last time I was able to buy anything not absolutely needed , I can't remember. I spend money on things we have to have, or things I make and sell to buy things we have to have. I do everything I possibly can to save money. I make/mend clothes, cook at home, buy in bulk, shop at second hand stores. I even change my own oil. I would love to be able to take my kids out and buy them a new outfit. Can't remember the last time I did that.
I won't re-run this wish if it doesn't win. I guess the pressures and stresses in my family have just drug me down. My well went last week and today was my daughters birthday and I couldn't even give her a card. The kids need and I can't provide. I need a coat for my daughter, or me. We are the same size and she is wearing mine. I'd rather freeze in our Michigan weather than her. So yeah, money that is not already going somewhere would be a temporary blessing. (more)
