I bought some lovely curtains for our bedroom months ago.
I hadn't put them up yet because, well, I hadn't. Today dawned with some newfound energy so I decided to take down the dining room curtains that were gracing our bedroom windows and put up the "new" curtains.
Imagine my distress upon discovering that the curtains have disappeared. They aren't in the bedroom. They aren't in the office. They aren't in the guest bedroom. They aren't in the den. They aren't in the living room. They aren't in the dining room. They simply are not.
If I win this wish I will have the funds to hunt down this obvious troll and put her (yes, her. she must be female because those curtains were fabulous) head on a stake in the front yard as a deterrent to other trolls. I would hate to get a shoe stealing troll or sore throat lozenge stealing troll, or a sharps container stealing troll. Oh, wait a minute... that one would be ok.
I need the head of the curtain stealing troll. I deserve the head of the curtain stealing troll. I promise to display it on a decorative stake and only improve the neighborhood with my new lawn ornament.
The dog in the picture needs his sleep. Won't you help us find the curtain stealing troll? Think of the puppy! (more)

I don't know how the heck me voting for your wish is going to bring your curtains back or find this 'troll', but I DO know that I love those shoes. Seriously though, I hate losing things, especially when I KNOW where I put them. I hope you find other curtains that look even better...and on sale!

Her birthday's the 26th, and I bought the gift early, so, of course, some troll got it. And the BNSF Railroad cap for out train-obsessed friend. And the laces for my 'sorta sister' Sus's boots...

Every time I have ever lost curtains I never got around to hanging (yes, it has happened more than once, sigh), that's where I've found them.

The troll has now been found to have stolen the ipod to computer chord thingy. Oh, Ms. Troll! Bad!

Now this is funny, but last time i checked, Troll heads are a bit more than $1. Of course I know very little about Curtain Stealing Trolls, I am more familiar with 16 foot mountain Trolls, and those heads weigh like 75# and at $1.29 a pound, well I just can't see getting one for $1.
