I think everyone should watch 'The Secret', if they get a chance, or read the book. I think a free preview is available on google video (like 20 minutes but it gives an idea). Fabulous work.
Changed my life, seriously. The power of positive thought is under-rated, truly, yet thought is at the root of all our patterns and choices. Unconscious thought rules our reactions if we let it, as well (that is if we can control it, sometimes unconscious issues are deeply embedded for protective reasons while we heal).
I didn't realize how good my life was until I had heavy experiences to contrast it with. Those heavy experiences helped me to realize the value of peace beyond the rhetoric of saying I wanted peace while creating drama. My life still mirrors my mind, but my mind is much less anxiety ridden, and much more focused on the beauty in reality. I talk less (not that this comment is any indication^-^), observe more and because I don't expect misfortune I don't think I've ever had less:) Life teaches us something in every experience as hallmark as it sounds. When times are rough and we're strong enough to ask for help, help will come.
I commend all the brave souls on RobinhoodFund and all the generous ones:)
I mean there are still challenges, but perspective changes how a person deals with things.
I think we're all evolving.
RobinhoodFund is a way for folks to realize that people do care which makes a much larger impact than the money (in the long run) if you ask me.
Far too many of us have felt lonely and under-regarded, but the loveliness in the world seems to be be growing and getting brighter.
Let's rejoice in that in our private moments. Gratitude is healing balm.

I think about the same thing. If everyone who put their energy into negative things would just focus and work on the positive instead, what a wonderful world this would be!
