One of our most "active" members needs job training.
See, he TRIES to be...different. Interesting. SOMETHING. But, what he is...us an idiot, A putz. And most sadly, he's not even funny.
Neener, Neener is active, sadistically stupid, unable to understand much about human decency and just a general jerk. With some training, he might make a good village idiot, possibly somewhere with a very small, stupid population. His ability to be obnoxious, caustic, nasty and TOTALLY unamusing surely deserves some reward from the site's users. A lobotomy would be a waste (too much searching time for any functional braincells) so training seems to be the best alternative.
He's probably a sad, disgusting person that nobody wants to be around. Village idiot training might just socialize him! (more)

I find Neener Neener very amusing.
Perhaps he or she is the Sheriff of Notingham, (spelling ?)
He, she, or it just thinks it's funny. As long as it stops with the bad medical misinformation and isn't completely vile, I don't care about it. If the mentality is that sad and twisted, then it really needs the negative attention. Better it gets it here than by going into a daycare center with a weapon.
People that are filled with nothing but hate do that sort of thing. And the Neen's a real hoter.

I agree with the premise but I just feel like this gives the attention seeker what they want. It reinforces their "acting out"
Think of them as one of those out of control brats in the toy aisle at walmart screaming and pitching a fit, running around and generally acting in an unacceptable manner. He wants attention. What he needs is to be isolated and ignored.
So, I feel if we just ignore this person when they decide to act out then eventually whatever reward they recieve from their antisocial behavior will dissapear.
What this site doesn't need is a person that mean. Some others at least had a few cases in which they'd vote for a wish, this jackass just wants to be a jackass. Well, he/it IS a jackass, and a waste of bandwidth.
Attention, no attention, the kind of mentality that does this won't go away, they just hang on like a rancid pustule that never drains.
