My son is 6 and keeps asking when we are going back to Fossil Rim.
I hate telling him we can't afford it anymore. So I am hoping you guys can make it happen.
2 years ago, when we were able to afford it, we had a membership for our family to the most wonderful Drive Through Wildlife and Endangered Species Refuge I have ever been to. I was in complete Awe at the Greater Kudu male who stood over 6ft tall, not counting his horns. One of the most magnificent animals and so Majestic, his mere stance was one of Pure Majesty. I have loads of pictures on my busted computer, I will have to get them off there, but I digress.

At the top you can click on Animals, and it will show you a list of all the animals there, and you can click through and look at pictures.
My whole family had such wonderful times there, and we miss it a lot. But aside from how much we enjoy it, most of their funding comes from Membership fees. This place does wonderful work in breeding and Helping to insure the survival of a number of endangered animals. So, that is why I am asking you guys to help me get a 1 Year Membership.
It's a great time for my family, and it's a great cause for the Animals. And I will get lots of great digital pictures to share in the Forum area. maybe even make a YouTube video of my own. Once I got bitten by a Zebra who wanted me to feed him, when I didn't get the food out fast enough, he tasted my arm. It was funny, but it hurt. Would have made a great little video though.

It is frustrating to have to tell kids "I'm sorry, I know that ___'s family is taking him to ______ again this year, but that's not something that we can afford to do" For my kids I keep getting asked about Disney, Canada's Wonderland, and Marineland.
Maybe someday...
