I would like to wish for the money to pay a family law atterney to help me terminate my son's dad's parental
rights. My son's dad (Mike) currently lives in Billings Montana (we live here in Spokane Washington) and he has no intrest whatsover in our son. The last time Mike was here he tried to rape me, he didn't spend anytime at all with our son, and he also talked about his "blue ball problem" to my 3 year old daughter which sparked a huge fight (and that's when he tried to rape me ) When he said to my daughter, "your mommy needs to take care of papa Mike's "blue ball problem", I said that's it, get the hell out of my house right now! I had went into my room to get something and that is when he pushed me on the bed and tried to force me to have sex with him. When I was trying to push him off of me I noticed both of my kids were standing at my bedroom door watching and my daughter screamed at him "get off of my mommy, your hurting her", her screaming must of scared my son and he started crying. Then Mike finally got off of me calling me a teasing whore among other things. As he finally left, he said "I will take you to court and win custody of my son you F***ing Whore. Mike has a pain pill addiction and anger issues (he once kicked my daughter in the head). Please help me get him completly out of the picture, for my safety and especially for the kids safety. I am feeling for you. I am divorced and fighting over the kids want to see him sometimes and when I do take them for that short visit usually he is a no show. But when I do he goes off on me in front of the kids and your wish hits home. God bless you and here is my 5
