please help im desperate have 3 mo baby & im losing our home
my name is emma.
i found your site on google. i am desperate for help. i am almost 19. i am a part time student & work a part time job. i have a 3 month old baby girl. i live with my mom which is dying of cancer. my father died last year & things have went down hill ever since. i am working & doing the best i can but it is not good enough. i have spent the last 3 yr taking care of my mom & dad. i have tried to keep up with the bills the best i knew how without quitting school. the problem is that we are going to lose our home if i do not come up with $1100 to pay it off before my mom passes. she owes on so much that they will take it if it is in her name. they wont let me put it in my name before its paid off. if we lose it me & my baby will have no place to live. i have no family. my dad worked hard farming to keep us in our home but when he died & my mom got worse we got behind. her credit is shot & i have no credit. i have tried getting help but cant get any. i could quit school & get another job but that would make things worse in the long run. i wouldnt be able to get a good enough job to afford anything without an education. i am scared & dont know where else to turn. they dont think my mom has much time left. maybe 6 mths. i am not some bum. for 3 yr i have went to school worked hard & took care of both my mom & dad. since i had my baby i have had it worse but survived. i know that was my own fault for getting pregnant but she is not a mistake. i take care of her on my own with little help. i work hard now & have tried to do this by myself but i cant. the amount owed is $1628 & i have $500 left out of my tuition money so i need $1100. i can get by without the $500 tuition & make it up before it is due but will never be able to make up the full amount to pay the house off on my own. this is all we have left. if something happens to my mom i am all alone except for my little girl mary elizabeth. i am not trying to be a bum or begger. i am ashamed & humiliated having to ask for help like this. i feel like a bum already so please dont judge me. i am scared & hurt so i cant handle anyone judging me. i am trying to be the best mom i can be & just need some help. thanks for listening (more)

omgomgomg. i dunno even what to say. im totally speechless. my boss called me on my way home & told me my wish woin. omg im in heaven. how in the world do i ever thanks for this. your the best. you saved us big time. im still in total shock. this is my dream. i came in the house crying & my mom was scared to death something happened. im like mom your never going to believe this. she didnt at first but now were both crying. she cant tell you herself but she thanks you very much. she says this is her one wish come true too. this saved our home. im calling the bank in the morning & telling them. do i need to give the addy to the bank so you can send it to them or do you send it to me? not sure what to do after you win. this is the best thing thats ever happened to me. im sorry for my madness the other day. i was being rude & im sorry. im going to scan & put a photo up of me & mary at school. i wouldve put it on tonight but i dont have a scanner at home. its the only photo weve had made together. ive had so many calling tonight to tell me. im just floored. thanks very very much for this. ive got much love for this.

Check with the USDA Rural Development Agency in your area. They have loan programs for low income/"bad" credit risk loans in rural areas. And they can move fast.

This sort of thing is unfortunately very common in this rich country of ours. I feel your pain. I have to work 2 jobs and barely see my kids, just to keep the rented roof over our heads. There has got to be something that can be done or someplace that women such as ourselves can go to get immediate assistance for these types of problems. I wish you all the best and I pray that a miracle happens and that you don't lose your home.
