I need help, please! A little over a year ago, I went to one of those 'clear car title gets you a loan' places with the HUGE
interest rates. I needed money to pay rent and it was the only place that would give me the money I needed as soon as I needed it. I meant to get it paid off in a month or two, but I got really sick and got way behind on the bills.
Now I've paid out almost as much as I paid for my car, and I still have $534 dollars left to pay on this loan. The original loan was for $600. 90% of the payment every month goes to paying off the interest. HELP, I WANT OUT OF THIS. (more)

I am in the same position and this is terrible to be in I wish I would have never did this but I did this so I could also rent a place for my three children to live there was alot of other problems that were going on at the time but I thought I would pay it back soon and it looks as if I am still paying o9n this and I do not understand to this date what is going on with this titloe loan ...wish you lots of luck

Yikes! You're not alone, hundreds of people find themselves in the same title loan/cash advance nightmare. I hope you win.
You didn't mention your current situation with the other bill, so a word of advice -Don't let this loan keep messing you up. Pay your rent first, buy food second, pay your gas/electric - if you run out of money for the loan payment, so be it. At least you're be fed and sheltered.

I don't know of a more deserving person. Kym has spent the last year patient and working her butt off. She deserves the chance to get out from under this scam debt so she can pursue her dreams without the burden. It's really about time something good came her way.
