ok my friends, this is only my 2nd wish!!! I have helped many of you with your wishes and now I could use your help.
I
really need my kitchen back!!! to the left is a current picture of my kitchen (in it's present state). it has been this way for over a year!!! as you can see, I have no counter space and no cabinets. what you see in the photo is all I have.....I really need both!!!
the way it is right now, I can't cook very big meals...company for dinner is out! lol. we eat 1 to 3 dishes per meal. I do not have the space to prepare any more than that per meal.
all my pots and pans are in boxes in our den (aka....junk room)!!! my dishes...same place! this makes things very difficult for me to cook! I really need a kitchen again!!!
I am asking for $500.00 to get the materials needed to build the counter and lower cabinets on my 'sink' side. that is where I need the most counter space and cabinets. my hubby can do the work, we just need the money to buy the materials to do them with.
we have had a long drawn out period with very little income coming into the household. my hubby's work has been up and down for a long time, and about the time we think we're going to get caught up, he gets laid off again. so we never get there and then we get even further behind.....it's a never-ending cycle for us!!!
I am aware that a few weeks ago there was another wish posted very simular to this one. when I read that wish, I thought....she's got my kitchen!!!! lol not the same one I assure you!!
I am posting this wish in the 'naughty' category, for the simple reason that I would never post a wish in the 'nice' category that might take votes away from the most needful wishes. even though this wish is very much needed, it's not 'life-threatening' nor 'critical', therefore I thought it best to post it in the 'naughty' category.

I thought it was bad before my hubby decided to tear it out, lololol. now I wish I had it back the way it was, lololol. my hubby is real good at tearing stuff out and apart but for some reason he's not that good at putting it all back together again!!!! lololol

I have a beautiful kitchen in the house we just bought, but I know what it's like to have a kitchen like yours! It's impossible to keep clean and it's just depressing trying to cook!
yes when the kitchen and bathrooms are not working well it creates a mess doesn't it? lol and my kitchen is a BIG MESS, and drives me crazy!!!! I cook in 1-3 pots, fixing 1 pot at a time. if something requires several ingredients and several pans to mix it all up in before cooking....we don't eat it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we eat very easy, quick and simple dishes, lololol.
