Meal 8: BBQ chicken sandwiches and fries.

Any left over chicken, even if just a spoonful can be tossed in the left over container in the freezer

Meal 9: Hot Dogs and Fries

into muffin tins until 2/3 full. Add hot dog pieces to each
muffin. Bake in preheated oven 14 to 18 minutes or until

I've been working on some more things to pass on to my kids with info on lower costs meals to convince them there is an alternative to eating out all the time that is not totally difficult. Most of these things are not hard, you just have to think them through before you go to the store!

Glad this was bumped. I tried the 'corn dogs' this evening. I don't have muffin pans, so I just used a bread/baking pan. It was awesome! I don't like store bought corn dogs, I think they're just gross and taste nasty. But this was really good.

    Thanks!!
