they are very intelligent creatures.
it used to be thoght that making and using tools was a skill that was only seen in primates... but ravens do it.

Mine is very cliche to some but it is doves. Not the snowy white ones but the light gray doves that are common around here. Often when I am very upset or troubled about something I will look up and there it is. For some reason I know then that everything will be okay.

i knew they were smarter than the average bear when one day as a wee lad i saw one dropping a "nut" over and over again from a good height. it would drop it and then pick it up. than, as i neared, it looked like it tried dropping it on me. i thought it was cute but after the third "attack" i looked for that nut and stomped it. feeling smug, i walked on and when i turned around, i'll be damned if it wasn't eating the nut. talk about feeling like a "tool". lmao

My parents have one like the alien at th end of that post.
I didn't want to like him... but I do.

I refuse to like him, when he isn't in the room/
# Posted 1 year ago -
LOL.. he makes it impossible not to like him when he IS in the room

He has had difficulty understanding the concept of no face licking. He gets away with a lot more than Jack ever did.
