Tia, (sorry it took me so long to notice you responded) if you're ever looking to recycle RHF footage, I expect the easiest way is to try download the MP4 (as you're a mac girl) from Blip. Might save you a step and offer higher quality raw footage than YouTube FLV data. Looks like we're gonna use a moment of your video in our next video! Where will it ever end?

It was -really- easy to download the flv files all I had to do was right click and select copy link location, enter that address in my address bar and viola. The next steps weren't as intuitive, I had to convert the .flv files into something that quicktime pro could work with. I could do this from command line, but the product wasn't as great as I wanted, so I found some random open source flash video converter and away I started.

Those transitions? Oh...I take it you aren't a Mac user then. That I won't reveal the secret. I'll give you a bit hint though, the entire product wasn't nearly as amazing as it would seem. If I were to let on my secret about the transitions, well... I wouldn't be as cool anymore ;)

Tia-Marie, I love it. How did you make that? I assume you downloaded the WMV files from Blip.TV? I know its possible but I didn't think it was obvious how to do it. And what is with the scrap-book transitions, how did you create those?

Hey Tia I'm sure there is software to bug CH and see what they actually say. I'm sure it's all good things though! Who doesn't love an, to quote Parker, "epic" video of themselves. Everyone knows that boys like their egos stroked.
I think Parker is wrong though, I would go as far as to say that it is in fact Legendary ;)

I did this with mostly free software (iMovie and Quicktime Pro only $30 to upgrade). I didn't need big honking CS3 ;)

Anyhow thanks! Yeah made me laugh my ass off the entire time I was making it. Though I was pretty embarassed when I first released it, the momentary terror of a joke not taken correctly was horrible.

Man I could only imagine the bad shit they must say about me over at the Cambrian House.
