No it does not have heat the landlord gave us a space heater but everytime I plug it in the electric goes out I have contacted all local agencies they won't help with deposits and the county has already stepped in and shut down the park due to the conditions of these trailers they are in very poor condition with floors falling thru and such I was forced into this trailer with a promise mine would get repaired fast then the county took all hopes of that away when they said any trailer empty must remain empty. So at this point this house I have found is ideal for us it has everything we will need as soon as we can get everything turned on. (more)
