I don't believe that anyone is accusing of you being stupid, we are all confused by your wish. You have not stated very well what your wish is about. IS it about needs? what are those needs specifically? If you read the How It Works page it will explain how the voting and wish system works here. I hope you will take the time to read it and then maybe edit or remake your wish. I would be happy to help you if you PM me your info and explain what you are trying to do.
