I HAD SEVERE LYPHOEDEMA IN MY LEGS SEVERAL YEARS AGO. THE INSIDE OF MY RIGHT THIGH WAS THE SIZE OF A WATERMELLON, AND THE OTHER, JUST A BIT SMALLER. MY HUSBAND WRAPPED MY LEGS TIGHT, LIKE A MUMMY, FOR MONTHS...AND THAT TOOK CARE OF THAT. HAVE YOU TRIED CONSISTENT DAILY WRAPPING? MASSAGING THE WATER OUT, ETC? I ACTUALLY WENT TO A LYPHOEDEMA CLINIC IN MY AREA, BUT AS I SAID , MY HUSBAND HAD TO WRAP MY LEGS BECAUSE THE SPECIALIST COULD NOT GET THE WRAPS TO STAY ON!
I have a kid who didn't wan to wait till he was 18 like his brother. In our home tats are a rite of passage. We get their first one when they turn 18. Well my youngest didn't want to wait and he put some stupid stuff on his body. Thank goodness they can be covered with short sleeves and socks but still...yeah..know what you are dealing with. We want to have his dressed up so he doesn't look like such a dork. (more)
