Personally, I don't see a problem with a few dollars over. That's just being honest. Others do, however.
What I do have issue with is the fact that although this is for a sick child, it is not justifiable as therapeutic, and therefore not a need. (more)

Artificial tree for $20. If you prefer the fresh pine scent, tree shaped air fresheners make great ornaments.
