I hear that weight watchers is the most safe and reasonable weight loss program around THAT WORKS go on line and see if they have a forum you can get into to chat with others trying to lose weight. To lose you have to sweat too so find an exercise you like and get to it at least 3x's a week is the word but bottom line is to MOVE. You CAN do this once you make your mind up to do it and get some support weather on or off line. Hang in and know this too shall pass.

Thanks for your support.....my son was turned down from Hanna's because they have had so much trouble with BP kids in the past they just don't take them anymore....but he's in a local care facilitiy just not the one I had hoped for. Like the song goes...."you can't always get what you want but if you try sometimes you get what you need". Thanks again for YOUR help.
