Hi Aimee just dropping you a quick note, I hope you and your family are all well and that life is being kind to you. I'm trying to get back into RHF but my heart isn't reallly in it right now. Today was hard for me because it was Father's Day here in Aus and I really really missed my dad today. Everyone tells me it will get easier with time, I hope so.
