By participating on this website, you agree to the terms and conditions of Greedy or Needy, which are final and binding in all matters and all respects relating to the site. In the case of any dispute, the information contained in our database will govern and control. Any funds awarded are subject to eligibility verification. In the event of a failure, error, or other difficulty in the transmission of wishes for a given period, the period will be canceled at Greedy or Needy's sole discretion and all wishes will be rolled over to the next scheduled period.

Who Can Enter

This service is offered strictly via the internet and is open to all people 18 years of age or older. This service is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and/or regulations; it is void wherever prohibited by law. Any participant found or suspected of cheating or fraudulent behavior will not receive said funds and will forfeit all claims to monetary awards.

Employees of Greedy or Needy, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies are ineligible.

How to Become a Member

To become a member the participant must complete the member sign up form, providing true, accurate, current, and complete information. Participants must base their wish stories entirely on facts relevant to said wish description, their own life, or the person or persons referred to in said wish. To learn how this information will be protected, please refer to the Greedy or Needy Privacy Policy.

By making a wish, each participant gives Greedy or Needy and the Greedy or Needy sponsors to use and/or broadcast participant's name and or likeness. All entries received from ineligible members will be rendered null and void. All wishes submitted are property of Greedy or Needy regardless of wish approval status.

Wishes submitted during each period are accumulated for the immediate upcoming tournament period. Participants automatically receive e-mail confirmation of each wish entry at their registered e-mail address.

Awarding Funds

Top wishes are selected based on views. The wish which has received the largest number of views within each category is awarded the requested funds, or portion thereof, up and to including the maximum fund amount in said category at the time of vote period end. Recipients must claim funds within 14 calendar days of wish granted date, by responding to notification sent to the recipient's registered e-mail address. Unclaimed funds are null and void upon the commencement of the 15th day following the wish granted date. Return or undeliverable notifications may result in forfeiture of the fund. All participant are solely responsible for ensuring current and valid contact information. Recipients may be required to provide government issued photo identification.

In the event that a participant's wish is selected, Greedy or Needy reserves the right to check the accuracy of the information entered by the participant and may withhold funds if any part of the wish or other entered information is found to be false or fraudulent, or is deemed so by the Greedy or Needy administration. Fund recipients may be required to provide Greedy or Needy with a social security number and any other information which may be relevant in determining authenticity and/or payment of said funds. Failure to provide requested documents will result in forfeiture of funds.

Any and or all funds will be mailed to recipients within 4-6 weeks of the wish granted date. Tax liabilities resulting from any received funds shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient of said funds.

Cash awards are limited to the amount of available funds in the Greedy or Needy fund and are divided among top wishes in each category.

Participants found to be in violation of the official rules or abusing the Greedy or Needy system will automatically be disqualified and any funds granted will be forfeited.

Limitations on Liability

Greedy or Needy is not responsible for any incorrect and/or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users and/or by any of the equipment and/or programming associated with and/or utilized in the service or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions. Greedy or Needy assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft and/or destruction and/or unauthorized access to, and/or alteration of, entries. Greedy or Needy is not responsible for any problems and/or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail and/or players on account of technical problems and/or traffic congestion on the internet and/or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to and/or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this service. If, for any reason, the service is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, and/or any other causes beyond the control of Greedy or Needy which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity and/or proper conduct of this service, Greedy or Needy reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the service.

Miscellaneous

This service is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Greedy or Needy accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any monies granted hereunder.

Greedy or Needy cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen wishes, funds or personal information.

Greedy or Needy reserves the right to re-establish, change and or alter rules including the aforementioned dates.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE AND/OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, GREEDY OR NEEDY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
