My husband and I have been married for three years, we have been together for 10 years. We have a beautiful 20 month old son named Jack, and a furbaby named Chyna. We both work really hard, but several years ago we fell on hard times. We dug our way out of that and are now saving all our hard earned money to pay down our mortgage enough to sell our home and purchase a new bigger one so we can have another baby, I can have a garden and DH can have a nice patio to relax on.
We haven't been ANYWHERE in five years. It's been nothing but stress, stress and more stress with no break.
I'd love to go to Las Vegas for a weekend and am asking for about half of what we would need to make it happen.
Please help me and DH get out of town and re-connect!

I've watched her wish again and again, asking for help so that she can help others. Hopefully, this week we may be able to assist her in her desire to make a difference in the lives of others.

Knittinglady is a kind-hearted disabled woman who passes the time by - what else? - knitting. She makes items that are needed by local charities, and then donates them to their causes. Blankets, hats, tote bags, lap robes, scarves, etc. - all to give away out of love for others.

It takes a very little amount to make a difference in her work. For $2.50, you can bless her with a yard of fabric or batting that she can use to make these items, and you can feel blessed in return knowing that they will put a smile on someone's face - perhaps a face that hasn't known a smile in some time.

This has got to be try number 13th! Lets do this for Dee!!!!

Dee is disabled; on SSI (a little over $800/mo to live on); on a very "slippery slope", with my current credit cards.

Bandit (Dee's cat) has been Diabetic for two years. He has been unable to keep anything down since March 8th and quit eating or drinking on March 9th - and he kept throwing up, until it was just foam !!!

After umpteen tests - they believe it's Pancreatitis - and are going to try and force feed him tonight before the lack of eating starts to affect his liver.

I thought I was about cried out - but I'm not.

Please help me !!! Bandit is all I have left. He keeps me going; he plays with me at night; and tries to play hide and seek in some of the silliest places. He brings joy and comfort in my life - as I've watched and nurtured him him for a tiny kitten to a big beautiful, special needs cat !!! He's all I have left !!! He is SUCH A SWEET BOY !!! PLEASE HELP ME WITH ALL THESE ENORMOUS BILLS !!!

The family asked it to be removed and RHF refused to remove it nor stop the people threatening the family. This is not a first for this online "wishing" site. It has happened to many families. On Wednesday, December 26th, in my hometown, under the stars, and by the glistenning snow on the frozen lake, I asked the love of my life to marry me. I told her that I was so happy she would be spending Christmas with my family and I, and that there was only 1 more thing needed to make it perfect, to which she innocently replied, "poutine?"
I laughed, and shook my head no as I knelt in front of her, holding up the ring.
For the past year and a half, Ellen and I have been collecting up pennies, nickels, twoonies, what have you in a great big pickle jar. The sum of this money is what we have so far for the wedding fund. Of course, we'll be figuring out how to raise fund. We've tallied it up, and it's a pretty good start, but hey, every little bit helps, right?
We're still figuring out what we want the wedding to be, but I'd like to have the money to give my Ellen a day to remember. And I know, money doesn't buy happy memories, but it sure helps!

I have been trying to find a female friend for quite a while now and not having much luck. Everyone keeps telling me to go to bars, what do you find there? Someone who goes to bars. I do not drink so that is not an option to me. So I think I will try one of those computer dating sites. Most of them won't let you make any contact without a paid membership so I just want enough to make a minimum membership in a site. I have not decided which one to try yet but there are several sites I have heard good things about. Any suggestions would be welcome. Just post in the comments.
