Who says, plastic, is just plastic :)

Myself and my daughter, never get to get out of the house.
We have read every book we can get our hands on, and were in need of a new hobby.
We needed something to keep us busy and something to keep us from being bored.
A wonderful member here, is sending us some things to get us started on learning how to
create plastic canvas.
We are both very excited, and are looking forward to learning a new hobby that will keep us busy.
We are thinking this is something we could do to make Christmas gifts, and also maybe make some
things to sell.
I'm so excited, and so is she.
I would just like to purchase some canvas, yarn, and shapes for our new hobby.
They have these really awesome ornament canvas and beautiful metallic yarns, that would
make the most beautiful home-made Christmas ornaments.
Also, Brittany loves to cross-stitch and I am trying to learn, as well.
I will use some of the money to buy some cross-stitching products.
I also need a big plastic container to keep it all in.
Please help us with our new hobby?

They are wanting to drive down on Nov. 8 th.

It is a 4 1/2 hour drive for them to come down here... WAY to much for a new Mommy to be riding all in one day, so I would like for them to spend the night, BUT I live in a tiny 1 bedroom house and just dont have room or anyplace for The New Mommy and Daddy to sleep.. I would like to be able to get a hotel room for them for 1 night..

My Brother Is also coming in that time frame from Las Vegas to visit.. He has offered to cover the gas expenses for them to drive down and back home...

Money to help Kyle get a new tire for the motorcycle

As Many of you know I have been riding on Kyles motorcycle with him and he currently got the back tire fixed.....well now he has a bubble on the front tire which you can imagine is very dangerous...just as soon as he thinks things are looking up , he gets knocked down with another financial thing... The tire is $95.95 plus labor...this would help him out so much!

and also help me not worry so much about it busting ( he lives 20 minutes from work)and he has no other means of transportation so hes pretty much living dangerously

I am putting this in NEEDY because I feel like a tire is something you need in good shape....

Running it again....and again....and again......
Time is of the essence! I will be enrolling for spring semester! I can't wait!
Registration for Fast Track is in Early December! In going over system requirements for the classes, I found out that for one of the certification courses for the degree I have to have Microsoft Word and Power Point. I currently use Open Office, however this is not an acceptable program. Not only that, but NONE of the Windows Vista OS have this included. It has to be purchased seperately.

Luckily since I work for AT&T, I can get an INCREDIBLE discount on the product directly from Microsoft. Normal pricing for Office Home and Student is 99.99-199.99 (depending on where you get it). I can get it for 76.70. With the shipping and tax, the total comes up to around 87.00. Since I am going for Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Software Applications, this program is a must and on the list of requirements.

The program I am enrolling in is called BPCC FAST TRACK, for students who attended and never got to finish school for one reason or another. It is extremely fast paced with 4, 4 week sessions in each semester. That means one class is 4 weeks long then you take the final and move to another class. I am very excited! Help to make it through

Life has been busy, medical appts. for myself and for my 4 yr old son. We sometimes have to take him to childrens hospital up to 5-6 times a month. its a little over an hour away. With gas as high as it is it is costing us an arm and a leg.

We really could use a hand to get through the appts in Nov. and Dec. so we can get back on track and be able to make it again.

Upcoming appointments that we have at childrens for son are, with his gentetics doc, nuerologist, pulmologist, his ENT, and on Dec 5th he is having a brochioscopy(sp) and biopsy done as well. Then at the end of the month we have another round of appointments with all of the docs lsited above.
He also has PT & OT a few times weekly at a hospital clinic that is 25 mins away.

For myself I have appts. with a few diff. docs as well.

It can get overwhelming as all get out. I just need a break. The hundred dollars would be an immense blessing .

my 5 year old son shawn my nephew stole his x box 360

well its like this i let my nephew stay with me for a while and i had gotten my son an x box 360 for an early birthday present and my nephew stole it from my apartment last week and went back to Georgia my son is only 5 years old and he keeps asking me when is he getting his xbox 360 back i told him i don't know my son birthday is December 6th i called the cops and they are looking for him i doubt they will find him he also took my daughters dvd movies and their dream cast games which cant be replaced now my son and my daughter has to do without their games and movies I'm so mad because i spent my last social security check on the x box 360 because that's what my son wanted for his birthday its going to be real hard for me to get another xbox for him if my nephew ever tries to come back i will kick him right down 24 fights of stairs that's how upset i am

Well this year has just flew by and Braden and Sara, my twins, are just growing too fast. They have become regular escape artists at every turn. Well this one is not so funny. While driving to the store Braden got out of his carseat. He literally got his arms out quietly and the stood up in his seat. I freaked out (thankfully I wasnt driving)! We went to our local police department to make sure we were buckling him in correctly, they said yes. Now due to his size (small for his age) He has an advantage of being smart enough to wriggle out of tight spots. They told us to get the rear/forward facing upright seats with the 5 point harness. Walmart carries them for 43$ plus tax. Well now Sara is trying to do the same thing so we need both very soon. At this point in time I just cannot scrape together 100$. Please help Braden and Sara be safer in the car as they love thier car rides. Thank you,

Dougvs shocked the GON community by announcing that Smurfette and Shako were both one and the same person. The IP was traced to a trailer park in Texas.

Princess Michie of GoN community has said she will pardon this multi if they will feed the dragon mascot Odin - he chews the fingers of multis (or at least he is being trained to do that, eventually he will bite off the fingers of all known multis).

Rebelwkidz hasn't been heard of in weeks, it is rumored that she took the Sparechange chip in fund and got a tattoo of a blue smurf on her left boob, to show her support for her "friend" Smurfette. Many of Rebel's supporters are having little blue hearts tattoo'd on their bodies to show their support of Rebel.

In other news...
AmandaKnotts and Sherrie Ferst are wanted for questioning after a dinner with NanT. At this dinner were a couple of land developers they were last seen leaving NanT's with Amanda and Sherrie. NanT was questioned about the incident and has been cleared of all wrong doing. Several eyewitnesses have stated to authorities that Amanda and Sherrie have been spotted hanging about a woodchipper, although neither of them had any wood with them. They were last seen getting in their car and headed north, witnesses report they were giggling and in good spirits. Its believed they may be armed with avon products and will makeover anyone who gets too close.

Also...
Stormy announced recently that she has been hired as a cook at a commune that is being run by LuvmyDoxie and Gerrisister. They group takes in strays, good looking men and fugitives.

Woody, who is usually one of the nicest members on GoN has been involved in her own scandal. She and Stormy are feuding over a box of chocolates. Apparently the box was supposed to go to Stormy but got sent to Woody by mistake, Woody sent the chocolates on to Stormy but there were a few missing - Stormy's favorites. Woody she did nothing wrong, she adamently belives that Stormy probably ate them and is just saying that in hopes someone will send her another box.

Gossip this week is a bit slow, it seems the majority of our female members have all left to go live in the commune after Doxie announced the clothing there is optional, and nakedness is madatory for good looking men. (btw the picture is one of the guests working on his tan)

Do you remember those "mystery boxes" that were being sold a couple of months ago by Archambault and a couple other members? Its been more than six weeks and people are starting to ask where the boxes are, those who have recieved their boxes are complaining they are empty. Archambault states when they left her, they were filled with love, hugs, kisses, good thoughts, positive energy and warm cozy feelings - she's very sorry if any leaked out since she sent them and promises for just $25 (half the price of the original box), she will be happy to resend another box - this one comes with Christmas cheer as well, so its an added bonus. If you'd like a box, please hurry, there is a limited number that she can send out.

Our most political outspoken member, Coop, was seen doing cartwheels down the side walk in front of his home on Tuesday night when it was announced that Obama won the Presidency. Peter H has cancelled his order of consolitory liquor he was planning to send to Coop - just in case.

Cutty saw how much fun Sheismrswright had with her doting husband and everyone sending her cards after her tumble down the stairs, Cutty decided to try it herself. Unfortunately though, Sheismrswright said she will not loan out her husband to Cutty, she has to get her own!

My Terminally Ill Son Justin

My son is terminally ill son Justin who has a rare disease known as Wegeners Granulomatosis and is in Stage 5 Renal/Kidney Failure. He has lost almost 70 pounds in 6 months and all of his clothes are too big for him. I would really like for him to have some clothes that fit him..
