A Happy Place for Sheila
We all know that a very sad person will often strike out at those around them. It comes from depression (clinical) as well as from being Stressed (environmental) and I am sure there could be many other reasons, both environmental and emotional as well as chemical. We have a member here who is certainly very unhappy. And out of this unhappiness, I believe, she strikes as if her life were in danger. |

We ( nanny and I ) need help getting things for some guys over seas . They need shampoo , one of the guys like dial bar soap the others like body wash . Pots and Pans... W/Actual lids that fit them!!!
My wish is for a new set of pots and pans and a new cookie sheet!! I have one large pan (some call them Dutch ovens) but everything sticks to it!! And I have 2 small sauce pans, which hold about one can of vegtables each. I have not had a new cookie sheet in 17 years... it's looking pretty yucky!! Thank you for reading my wish!! Help to find a cure for CLS
CLS is a very serious affliction and there is no research being done that could find a cure for this. It is a critical problem in my home and our lives are in constant danger of this. I don't know what to do as I have no insurance and I have found no coverage for this problem by any company. They pretend that it does not exist for some reason. I know it is serious and there are millions all over the world afflicted with this. Something must be done to rid the world of this problem. $100 is not enough to even start research on this problem but may get the old ball of yarn rolling on this. I have only found this mentioned in one book and it did not have much about it (a couple of paragraphs, tops). I can not find the book right now or I would copy what they wrote. All of you have been exposed to this syndrome and have probably lived with it in your daily lives without even knowing it. If you have read this far, you might have guessed what this is. For all you cat owners- CLS is Collapsing Leg Syndrome. You know how your kitty suddenly collapses on the floor directly in front of your feet. When you have a black cat like mine and he enjoys having a CLS attack in front of you in the middle of the night when you are on your way to the bathroom you will realize what a major problem this is. NEED HELP FOR CHRISTMAS FOR ELDER LADIES WHO HAVE NO FAMILY
Where my daughter lives in a assisted living home and this is a very sad place because there in this place they are understaff and there is alot of older people there who have no family or anyone who comes to visit them or take them anywhere , some of these people are in wheel chairs and you can see that they are very sad my heart has went out to them and I want to do something for them for Christmas however I have no money in order to do this I need help myself with my three grandchildren that I am raising but now since I have met some of these people in this place my heart feels broken and god put it on my heart to do something for them at Christmas time...I would like to be able to go and spend Christmas day with them and take them each some kind of present I dont know what kind of presents I could buy for them but I would like maybe to buy the ladies a handkerchief and the men a pair of socks and let my three granddaughters make them a Christmas card I think this would be wonderful it might not be much but then at least these people would know that they do have someone who cares so I thought of coming in here and making the wish for you guys to help me do this I can furnish you the information if you need to verify what I am saying they are at RoseWood Assisted Living in Pauline South Carolina .... |

a little help with unexpected expenses traveling to St.Jude
I am putting this wish in the greedy category because I will get to Memphis and get treatment for my son, but the monetary side of it is going to be a financial strain. I am not saying that he will not get treatment, but it is difficult to run two households on our income pretty much. The food money that we do get is only good at the cafeteria, and you can imagine what that means for a child having trouble eating and on chemo. I had to buy small liquid items so that I could fly with them. We will have layovers in airports and money is simply tight. I hate making this wish, but I am. If any of you can find it possible to help me out it would be more than appreciated. If not I can understand that too. May paypal is filiocht75@hotmail.com This trip to Memphis came out of the blue and has been very difficult in planning. We are all scared, but having faith that all will be fine. I hope that I am not gone long, but at this time I have idea when I will be home. Help with my New Years Resolution
My New Years Resolution is to what I call "Do Me". Me". The 15 dollars would go for an awesome hardback journal and a pen :O) Sounds goofy right? Well, my therapist says writing down my feelings and stuff would be a big help with my depression. Since I am one of those people that just let things build up on me, the journal would definantly help alot. Thank you everyone. I love you all and Happy New Years! |

I HAVE BEEN TRYING MY HARDEST TO HELP MY LITTLE ALYSIA AND HER MOMMY AND MYSELF. RECOVERING FROM CANCER SURGERY AND BEING DISABLED AND HAVING TO SEE DOCTORS FOR MYSELF FOR THE CANCER AND MY CARDIAC AND RESPIRATORY PROBLEMS MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO RECOVER AS FAST AS I WOULD LIKE AND TO HELP OTHERS. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY OWN COMPUTER SO THAT I CAN USE IT REGULARLY TO HELP OTHERS IN MANY KINDS OF SITUATIONS. I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO HELP THOSE IN NEED OF FOOD,HOUSING,CLOTHING,SHELTER,WITH ABUSE CASES OF ALL KINDS HOWEVER I DO NOT HAVE THE MEANS TO DO SO AT THIS TIME. I WOULD LIKE TO GET A JOB AND THINK IF I HAD MY OWN COMPUTER INSTEAD OF USING A FRIENDS MAYBE I COULD GENERATE SOME ADDITIONAL INCOME TO NOT ONLY BENEFIT MY FAMILY BUT TO BENEFIT OTHER FAMILIES AS WELL. Ok, you all might remember this wish where I said that I never really go anywhere, and wanted ideas. I would like to thank you all for your support last time. Now I have a mission: I want to go see someone who I have not seen in 12 years. She was a very close friend of mine at the time I moved away and we lost contact. I found her three days ago on facebook, and well, we decided that we wanted to meet again. I would be going to Ottawa, Ontario, where she lives. I am going to be saving up for many months before I can afford to go, and this money would really help. This wish is for the ticket to get me their and to get me most of the way home.
