Help for a very special dog

Forrest Gumpy is my nieces Jack Russell. He came to them from a very bad past. Before he was even 5 years old he was almost put to sleep because nobody wanted him. He had been abused and was agressive because of this. Sarah and her mom saw something special and gave him a new leash on life. They entered him onto Dock Diving were he became one of the top dogs in Canada for his size. He gained this by jumping a whopping 20'6". Sadly in October Forrest became very ill and was raced to the vet. That is when they found out that he has lymphoma, a form of cancer. The vet gave him around 3 months of normal life. Well it has been that and Forrest was still going strong. Even jumped at an event just a few weeks ago. A few days ago we found out that the meds that he was taking aren't working anymore and the cancer is active once again,the only option for this special dog is chemo. The family is trying everything to save Forrest. Even taking him to a vet almost an hour away. The cost for this is going to be around $600.00 THey are able to pay help of this but need help to pay the rest. Sarah has done wonders for this dog since he came into her life in June. She is only 13 years old and has helped a total of 4 dogs since loosing her buddy Diesel in a tragic accident in May. He got off his leash and was hit by a car right in front of her. Since then she has done want ever she can to help this wonderful breed. I breaks my heart to know that she may have to say goodbye to yet another of her buddies well before their time. Forrest is only 5 years old and knowing love for the first time in his life.
If you could find it in your heart to help this amazing dog and his owner by voting it would mean the workd to us. Forrest started treatment yesturday. We were told that he has a great chance of going into remission as the cancer is not in his orgains. He is at the 4A stage.

I used to own a boutique and had to close it down due to my toddler son being sick with a long term illness (still undiagnosed after many many tests, you can see in the pic how unhealthy he is begining to look. I hate it...im scared) His care (doctors, therepy, (love too!) etc) now take all of my time. I closed my store and have close to $70,000 in business loans left to pay off but cant work. I need money for lifes simple demands, these loans take evrything weve got. I sew and could sell beautiful childrens clothing, but cant even afford a simple sewing machine.
