A Fun, Stress Free Night Out Together For The Ferst Family
Sherri, Tom, and the kids (Tessa & Joe) have lots of challenges, and they could really use a nice evening out to the movies, es, dinner, or whatever else they choose to do. They could even go back to Chuck E. Cheese's if they want, since Joe had such a blast when they went there for his birthday. Where they go and what they do is sort of unimportant. What IS important is that they are able to go out and treat themselves, without worrying about bills and other expenses. |

ARR Mates We Want to Captain Our Own Ship &Sail for Treasure
Our son has long held dreams of being a pirate. He is good at finding things his siblings have lost esp. as he is usually the one who hid them in the first place! He will soon be 9 years old and we want to give him his wish to be a pirate for the day. There is a location in Cape Cod where we will be visiting this summer that offers pirate ship parties. If we win this wish his day will start off with a breakfast worthy of a pirate captain and GROG for the rest of us, then down to the docks to impress a crew of pirates and taking the boat out at full sail. Perhaps we will let him make me walk the plank too. We will follow the treasure map and hopefully not have to fire the canons on board to keep other scurvy pirates away! After hoisting in the treasure and keeping the captains share for himself we will make our way back to land and let our pirate dictate the rest of the day perhaps laying on the beach, swimming, or shopping the little shops hunting more treasure. [ link ] We want to rent the whole boat to host a private party as with his Autism he has problems with large groups of people. We could just do the ticket price of $21.00 a head but the extra 100.00 would ensure we could purchase the remaining seats beyond the 10 it would take just for our family ensuring him a better experience. He is most comfortable around family and although he is selectivly mute when comfortable and there are no strangers around he can relax more and have fun. Please help him have a day to remember. We will then top off the night with his favorite meal then tuck him into bed with his stuffed bird and let him dream of the day he can recapture the ship! I know this is not a need but it is something fu n he would love to do and renting the whole boat for a private party is just the thing a greedy pirate would do more Booty for himself that way! |

For The Rayhawk Family - Wonderful Person Needs Help
There is so much they need right now. With the chip in they have managed to get a much needed cooler and some food. But they need tarps & badly need car repairs. Obviously this wish will not cover everything but its a start. If you have even an extra 50 cents in your paypal account please think of them. Becky is a giver, and it is hard for her to take the helping hands and I can see that. I can see she knows she has to though, and I know all she can think about is the day when she can pay it forward to others. I do not know her real real well, like offline or anything BUT this is a person that you KNOW with all your heart and soul would give the shirt off their back for somebody. So I ask for help for the RayHawk family. Much needed help so they can get back on their feet and move onto paying it forward to others like she wants to. |

christmas presents for my 3 year old daughter..
I am a single mother & i do work but all i get is enough to pay our bills. lls. her father does not pay child support and for that matter has never even tried to see her. i am asking for $75 that way someone else may get their wish granted too. i want to get her a jacket for the winter and maybe a nice toy. she has a jacket but it is the one from last year & it is kinda small on her but it still fits. i am trying to save money to buy her presents but everytime i save there is another bill due so its hard. but maybe you guys will help me out. I just want to say thanks for all the votes and comment you may leave. |

desprate help with Christmas
I don't even know why me when there are so many out there that need help. We have never had a good Christmas and this year I have a granddaughter and grandson. And I would love to just be able to give my kids and grandkids one good Christmas in my lifetime. I would even accept used stuff. My kids to have some clothes for winter!
We are starting a new chapter in life, I have MS and the meds are costing an arm and a leg until we can get some aid from the medical companies! The boys only have about 2 pairs of pants a piece and baby girl has 3 pairs. I can do some major bargin shopping at resale shops with the money! I only look for great deals! Resale shops are the best for kids, the price, the value and the vintage look all in one!!! Hats and gloves and coats are a must too! It is getting cold outside! |

There are so many people in need way more than me I know. But with it starting to get cold and me starting school, I will barely get by paying 600.00 for daycare a month for my youngest. I am lucky that two of them are already in school. On one income it is okay, we survive, but paying for daycare starting at the end of this month I don't know how we will make it. The only thing I want is for my kids to eat and have warm clothes. They are Twelve, six and almost 2. We have this really cool thrift store that has a buy one get two free on Wednesdays. I love the place but I don't have two pennies to rub together lately. Florida gets cold too. Thanks for reading. And I cry and my heart aches for those in need. The sick babies and hungry families. I work at home for a wellenss company and try to tell everyone that I run into about the toxins that are in households these days that are being linked to Add, ADHD, Asthma, Allergies and many more debilitating diseases. If you knew that there was formaldehyde in your baby's shampoo would you want to continue using it? If you knew what formaldehyde was- a carcinogen-carcinogens are cancer causing agents. There are 1000's of toxins and chemicals in our houses right now that is killing us or leaving us with lingering problems for later in life. I would like the chance to give you this information. my nephew has muscular dystrophy....it has an odd name and is the most rare form....there is no cure for this form....people with this form rarely live past the first decade and definately not past the second.....he just turned 10 this past october.....he is a huuuuge elvis fan and my sister would love to be able to take him to Graceland.....she is a single mom and also works and goes to nursing school....she gets very little help from her ex.....thank you for reading my story!! |

TO HELP AN ANGEL-6TH TRY
Even though a lot of you know me here, there is one thing you may not know and that is how special my grandma is to me. She has always been more like a mom to me than a grandma. When I was a kid she was the one who watched us and bought us clothes, but she didn't just do for me. She did for my sister, my cousins, and anyone else she could. My grandma is not rich by all means, she is just very responsible with money and very rarely wastes it. My grandpa is still working full time on his feet all day in his 70's. The 2 of them have helped their 3 children, their grandchildren, and their great grandchildren. It breaks my heart that they sacrifice everything just to help others. I wish that they would do something for themselves, even if it is just to see a movie. |

Take 4: Winter Preparation
Trying to prepare for winter heating and winter is coming faster than the income. We have a wood burning stove to heat with and can get most of our wood for free saving us in the long run, but getting everything prepared to heat before the real cold sets in has been a bit of a problem. |

Help With School Supplies For Many Kids - School Supply Help
I have a project running to help children with school supplies. Currently, it is being offered for qualified ebay families, and I want to help by providing either a $25 gift card per child (limit 4 per family) for supplies, or a loaded backpack. Hey everyone! I am doing this to hopefully fulfill my dream of swimming with dolphins. Now you are probably asking yourself, "Why should I vote for her?".... well let me tell you a little bit of why you should. I am a 25 year old CANCER survivor! My battle with Hodgkin's Lymphoma started in March of 2006 and is still ongoing. I just finished chemotherapy for the 4th time in May. For the past two years my life has consisted of chemotherapy, radiation, an autologous stem cell transplant, many hospital stays, doctor's appointments, a broken arm, lung damage from chemo/radiation, having to wear oxygen 24/7 and much, much more. |
