Money for my March of Dimes March for Babies Walk
I am asking for help in raising money for the March of Dimes, it will help me too because I am trying to meet a new personal goal this year. The March of Dimes has done so much for me since having my twins 9 weeks early and also has helped with the loss of my nephew who was stillborn in June 2004. Can you help? We have a problem in our house... Mike's Safety...
I put this under the needy catergory because this has become a need... We have 2 large dogs who are our children and they currently have the run of the house. Mike is having a hard time getting around lately due to some complications that have recently come up. He has become more and more unsteady on his feet and we are trying our best to keep him safe at all times while still not keeping our dogs locked up all the time. We found a gate that will fit the opening from the Dining Room to the Living Room so they can hang out in the Dining Room and Mike can be safe (from them tripping him) in the Living Room... The one we found is one that Mike can operate (with his disablities it is hard for him to operate about 90% of the gates on the market) and that will fit the odd sized opening at Target. |

A wish for Anita LuvmyDoxi help stop eviction EDITED!!!!
Anita is a very loving and caring member of our community who is having a very hard time. She has had a lot of things go wrong and is behind on her house note and other bills which has lead to he impending eviction from her home. She is always the first person to lend an ear when someone needs it. She is the most sincere loving person I have ever met. When I was diagnosed with cancer she did not hesitate to step in and help. She put up a wish for me to get help with my medicines and it won. She made a daily ritual of making me smile and is a friend to everyone. Please lets get together and help her to get a foot up. I know there are so many here who need help but I would love to see her get her turn and receive the help she so desperately needs. She has put up wishes for help in the past but has not had any luck so if you can please help by supporting this wish and give her your stars. Thanks and hugs to all. Anita has won 100.00 from the SCF this will go into her chipin page which is posted in the comments on this wish. I wanted everyone to know so they would not feel as we were keeping things from them. Her need is much greater than the 100.00 you can go to the chip in page. She needs $550.00 from what the page says but its really more than that. help to buy toys for my 6 kids
We're from hurricane Katrina and need a little help to get back on our feet. We live on a very fixed income from welfare and it's not enough to get by on. We were brought to Ohio to live from Louisiana, and was put in one of there public houses. We only get 550$ a month. and food stamps. I've been ill every since the storm so I can't work. So we really need the help. We lost everything that we had. I been on many sites, and asked many people for help, but everybody is having the same trouble. My father died in the storm because we couldn't get him out of the house in time. And he was the only person that I could turn to. Really don't have much more family, and the family that is left is struggling too. So I don't know where else to turn. |

Okay, so this is greedy versus an ACTUAL need, but I desperately WANT to get my business back up and running so PLEASE help me get beading supplies like clay, resin, a rock polisher, stuff like that....things that a REAL jeweler would use!
