I am one of five sisters. We lost our Daddy last April (2006). Dad's final wishes were to be cremated, and have his ashes scattered at Rough River, where we've been going camping for the last 30 years, which is about an hour and a half drive away. Not a bad trip.
So why do I need to raise money for such a short trip? Because he's not there. Without sounding too bitter, his evil nasty witch of a third wife went against his wishes (and yes, she definitely knew what they were), and had him buried at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia. Okay, so that sounded a little bitter. Sorry.
April 20 will be the two year anniversary of his passing, and the one year anniversary of his burial at Arlington (to which we were not invited, and only found out about after the fact, via a letter from the evil witch. Oh wait, I'm sounding bitter again..) We would like to go visit his grave for the first time. We figure the trip will cost somewhere between 500 - 1000 dollars, depending on whether we drive or fly. We are going to try our darnedest to find a way to do this. We're planning a yard sale, and selling some things on ebay.
By the way if the witch happens to be there, I may need bail money.. so I'll be making another wish, I guess.

The babies are a big part of my life that make my life worth living. My husband works 7 days a week to make a living for the family although he has been off this past week cause of shut down with no pay.. We have one of our daughters, her hubby and baby that live with us. Our son in law lost his job recently and I get a small disability check. The other three live with their Mom and Dad just a short drive from here and their Dad is going to be gone on the barge for Christmas most likely. To see their little faces on They as little ones know the real meaning of Christmas is Jesus, but also they still believe in Santa. they give so much to us with their little smiles and love. Why does this have to happen to me and my babies? My babies will be without a Christmas this year due to i'm out of work till feb. and its right here near Christmas. I have a 4 year old and a 12 month old and there not asking for much... My 4 year old wants anything DOra or Disney Princess and she needs winter clothes very badly and my 12 month old likes anything that lights up and moves and she also needs winter clothes.

I used to own a boutique and had to close it down due to my toddler son being sick with a long term illness (still undiagnosed after many many tests, you can see in the pic how unhealthy he is begining to look. I hate it...im scared) His care (doctors, therepy, (love too!) etc) now take all of my time. I closed my store and have close to $70,000 in business loans left to pay off but cant work. I need money for lifes simple demands, these loans take evrything weve got. I sew and could sell beautiful childrens clothing, but cant even afford a simple sewing machine.
Please help!
