a mother daughter day out
I put this as a need because to my daughter, its a true need. My only girl turned 12 in September. We don't have much of a chance to spend any quality time together any more. My youngest son was recently diagnosed with autism and he takes up allot of my time. When we go out somewhere, I have to keep a close eye on him to make sure he doenst dart away from me or get into something he shouldnt be. |

People to quit having children they cannot afford
I have notice again on my revisit that many people on this site have too many children for which they cannot afford to support. I read wishes and then see in their bio that they have 6 children. Is this not true? Please consider the many forms of birth control available to females (and males). I know that sometimes it is not a person's intention to become needy or in financial despair. My point is that we all hope that our children grow up in a better situation then we did. Are we doing this by having 4 or more children. Hell, I don't even know how I am going to fund my only child's college education. I can hardly keep him in shoes and clothes. I know that this wish is really going to upset some, but think about it please. |

Crossword Puzzle Books.....YEAH, THIS WISH HAS BEEN GRANTED!
The not so hard ones, the kind you can do one after another. I confess. I must admit, I am totally and hopelessly addicted to crossword puzzles. Love 'em. Unfortunately, right now they are a luxury that I can't indulge. Please help me fill that quiet time after the kiddos have gone to sleep with a puzzle, they do help me unwind so much. My kids will thank you! |

2 cases of Dr Pepper and 100 Hersheys almond candy bars
Oh my I wish for Dr Pepper and Hersheys almond candy bars. I love them especially together. I dont need them but I want them bad. Since I lost most of my teeth due to illness and lack of eating healthy anyway I cant eat them like I want to and god forbid I spend on candy. We just have enough for bills and food. |

Hi My name is Nicole we are a low income family and This year for christmas was have a new edition to the family. She is one years old and love her to death, But We dont know if we can afford christmas this year for her. She love anyt5hing that play music, lights up, baby dolls, Really anything, It dont matter if its new or used. Either one will work. It will be her first and i wont it to be the best one of all. help for Christmas
My wife and I lost our 5 year old son (Ethan) April 24th this year in a car accident. It has been extremely tough on us, Spiritually, emotionally, and financially.(among other stresses) We wouldn't have made it this far without our church, they reached out to us more than any grieving parents could ask for. I can't imagine having to ask them for any more help other than spiritual, as there are many needy families that they are helping through Christmas, I'm sure. Ethan had a great Christmas last year, and if we would have known it would be his last, it would have been alot better. Now we have Elijah(21/2) and Evan(12 mos.) We are so distraught about not having Ethan here this year. We have not been able to save any money since the accident, as the funeral costs, and not working for several months, has had an impact on our finances. We want more than anything to give Elijah and Evan the best for Christmas this year, but seriously need help. Is there anyone out there than can help us???? |

A nice meal out with my girls
This may sound greedy, but my daughter's and I haven't done anything together for a long while. It seems that I never get time for myself, with the running here and there I do for my family, housework, planing meals, etc. My daughter that has the two little ones, never gets a break for herself. She's cooped up in a tiny, and I mean TINY apartment, with no car, and really nowhere to go other than my house, when I'm not busy, that is! My other daughter works full time, and has pain now and then in her back from the surgery she had a few years ago due to a bad 43 degree curve due to scoliosis that left her with titanium rods hooked onto her spine from the top of her spine to the bottom. It would be so nice to bring the three of us together for a nice steak dinner, and maybe dessert, and to talk amongst each other. We don't get to see each other together often, other than the Holidays. And now that they're over, it's back to the norm. It would be so nice to have a mother, daughter closeness like we used to have years ago. I miss that. They do grow up fast, and before you know it...they're gone. We all used to be so close, and getting this wish would mean the world to me!! Thanks for reading. |
