YOU To Help ME Help OTIS
Why me? Because Otis is my life and as my youngest son says, he has been "the glue that holds our family together." How uot; How can one little animal mean so much, some might ask? Well, to us, Otis is not a dachsie, but a true member of our family. My "midlife crisis baby" and a "brother" to my boys. He is our eternal two year old. He is innocent and didn't ask for these problems. I found out that Oti has some very serious heart problems. The trouble is, they cannot treat him until they find out what those problems are. And MY problem is that the diagnositic at the University of Minnesota is over 600 dollars! I already have $150.00 in donations and I am doing fund raisers. But every day that passes means another day his heart is being tested, because his little heart is beating way too fast. I have been just sick about this. Most of you know how much Otis means to me. Please help me keep my baby for many more years. Life has not been fair to Otis. He has had two back injuries and now this. I paid every penny of his back surgery (over 2,000 dollars) all by myself, no help from anyone. That is why I sometimes call him my "million dollar baby." lol This time, I need help. I am only asking for 80 so someone else can win. If anyone wants proof, I have proof that this is all really happening. I so wish that it wasn't. Otis is the best dachsie ever and doesn't deserve this after all he has already been through, but no one said that life is fair. Sorry so long, but I love, love, love my Otis! :) Please help us get him all better! |

Riding in cars with boys
I do not have any cable, but I do have a DVD player. All the DVD's that I have are kids DVD's and would really like to be able to watch a movie more my age sometimes. Especially after the kids go to bed and I just want to relax. Riding in cars with boys is my favorite movie and one I could watch over and over so it would be awesome to have a non-kid movie that I really enjoy to give me some me time after the kids go to bed. |

I am starting VVC in the Spring of 09 (Feb) and I REALLY could use all the help I can get. I am attempting to go to RN school. I come from a foster family and never had the opportunity to go to a college till now but I am not qualify for Financial aid until the fall semester please help me out. |

Bedding for my guinea pigs
I have 2 piggies and they are in need of some good bedding and a few toys and treats. I have had them for 6 months now and havent been able to get them any hay or good foods, i usually feed them dog food and veggies. Thanks! |

Help getting my family get onto tv!!!
My three girls are regressing emotionally and academically because of our situation and it's killing me inside. We have had medical crisis after crisis for years and it never seems to end. I have written to Oprah, the Today show and tons of other places for help for everything you can imagine and we just keep falling into despair more everyday. I have faith in God and I know that is how we have survived thus far but there has to be more. We need help with so many things and it is all so overwhelming. Our income right now is one ssi check and a part time paper route. Unfortunately, I don't have any family or friends that can help and live quite an isolated life for many different reasons. Otherwise, I wouldn't be begging all over the place for help. If you can help us defray the costs of all of our expenses(toiletries/gift cards,etc), it would help us to pay our bigger bills. Purple cat claw caps for Teddy the kitten
My cat is out of control with his claws. He slashes. He scratches. He leaves holes in our bodies. I hate to have him put to sleep and declawed. I would like to try a set of these first. In purple OF COURSE!! |
