When my mother passed earlier this year, she neglected to tell me that I wasn't on her insurance policy for her car. The car was left to me, so I'd have transportation to and from work in a city that has a horrible public transportation grid.

In October, I get letters telling me that her insurance has expired, and that if her insurance is not renewed, her license, and license plate are forfeit.

However, I've been working a low end job, trying to make ends meet since before she passed away, which made doing this impossible.

Without a car, I have no chance to get a better source of employment.

I have no wish to keep spiraling downward. :-/ (more)

My dear husband hasn't been able to go skiing since we got married almost 5 years ago. Why does he deserve this? Because he is an excellent husband and puts our needs above his own. I would like this wish so he can have a ski pass without worrying about the money to pay for it. He works hard and it's time for him to have a little fun enjoying his favorite past-time. (more)
