the strength, will and desire to finish grad school!
I don't need money just your prayers. Prayers to help me keep my sanity and help me to finish grad school. I started a little over a year ago and I really don't have much longer to go. BUT.......being the stay at home mom of two young children does not always mean that I have 100% of my time to dedicate to my studies. I also work part-time waiting tables at night. So, my schedule is all sorts of crazy. And, oh, yeah...my husband. I see him on the weekends and throughout the week if I am lucky. Usually I am working or at school when he is at home with our kiddos. |

Family night out with my husband and children ~ 2nd Try ~
As some know from my *nice* wish, we are really struggling at the moment with medical (which is ongoing) bills and the foreclosure on our home (Sales Date: May 2nd :( which we are literally *stockpiling* ANY monies toward saving it at the moment).........with that in mind, my husband has been working 65-75 hrs. a week and weekends, I'm doing whatever I can to help, either with my website or selling on eBay to put towards the house...... the kids (5 & 7 ~ Matt will be 8 on March 28th! Yay! Happy Birthday Matthew!) have managed to help keep themselves busy while we work hard keeping a roof over their heads. My wish this week, in my eyes, is somewhat naughty, yet nice as well. I want to be able to take my family out for a nice dinner andn movie, as soon as we pay the $6800 off to the house this month. It would be a celebration at keeping our home and a late birthday family night for my son. |

A Dictionary
Well, I suck at spelling and meanings of words. I thought I could educate myself with a dictionary. If I get a donated one it has to be current with all the new lingo so I know whats going on. Thank you for furthering my education. |

I wish for a bed set for my daughters birthday
Hi, My daughters 10th birthday is in may and she really wants a horse bed set for her bed. I found a nice one on ebay that comes with the comforter, sheets and pillowcase. with shipping it will be about 75.00. I would love to get her this for her birthday. |

One night with no pagers with my husband
3 ambulance pagers+2 fire pages+2 cell phones+a direct dial from 911 dispatch=no quiet nights with my husband **UPDATE**. (I am working on joining another department to allow myself to go on more med calls meaning there will be 3 fire pagers. This department averages 6 a day and will be building a new station within a year!) I am asking for enough to cover his wages for one night plus a pizza and blockbuster movie. This will let me turn off every pager and cell phone to have just one night with him. In the past week he has had off 36 hours and I have spent about 10 with him (half of that me cuddling with is back as he is dead asleep, the other half was spent in an ambulance.) The video is of a pager going off (Not ours!) but it lets you know what I get to wake up to in the middle of the night. |

money to purchase flowers for my son's speech therapist
My wish is for some money to purchase some nice flowers for my son's speech therapist. She has been an incredible teacher and very patient. She has been with us for 2 years now. Because of her help, my little guy is almost caught up to where a 4 year old should be in terms of speech and communications. |

a presonus firepod (recording equipment)
we need $500 for a piece of high quality recording equipment so that we can record up to 8 instruments at once (2 instruments in stereo) for a total of 10 channels that all feed into one computer via a fire wire cable. We would not only be using this for our own band , but also aiding other bands so they don't have to shell out top dollar and drag all their equipment nearly an hour away to a recording studio when everything they have can easily be recorded on the spot in their own garage. |

Get gas back on 2nd try be blessed
first i want to say i've been blessed so much over the past year and half that it makes me feel like i'm bothering people when i ask for help. a friend made it very clear that pride is a waste of time when you are in need. i've done everything i know to do to keep all my bills paid. and keep clothes and shoes on my girls. i get a total of 403 a month. well my gas bill is 694.00 and its off now and will be off permently in 46 days if i cant get it paid. i've been splitting my income between all my bills and my three girls needs. i've been under a dr care and still looking for work. i started a online store but its a slow start. i'm not asking for anyone to give me money. if you want you can call the gas company and give it to them for us. i know you are wondering how a bill can get this high. well it started with winter. first high bill was 283.00 and i paid what i could on it and then the next was just under 250.00 and then it would be another 2 something anyway i just could never get on top of it and keep everything else paid. its been off almost a month and i've tried several places for help so i'm asking you guys. please if i'm wrong for asking forgive me. just please dont send me any mean email. thank you for reading. oh someone asked me to include my webstore ok here it is. Laughs again cuz I Want To Cry I!!!! We Need Rent Money.
I have a real problem and I am so upset. I have been behind on my rent and finally got caught up. I thought. I was behind due to surgery and off work from anemia and other complications from this surgery. But I paid 629.00 to my landlord to catch up 1.5 months rent t and now due another which I was going to pay the end of this month. and still can pay it but cant catch this mess I have up. But a pay day advance company got me . I paid them off and they still took out of my account 612.36 without permission or notice. This payday thing was paid off. I called them today and they will not call me back So the attorney general has a complaint on his desk. But in the meantime I have my rent check to bounce and upset landlord who will not work with me. She is all business and no compassion. Has always been that way and I understand that but right now she is telling me she want this money and I dont even have any way to get the extra cash. No way I can maintain but I can not make this up and it will prob take me months to get my money back from the payday advance company they have since changed there name like three times. My fault, bad decision but when you are a single parent and you get sick you have no one to help so I turned to the advance company and again I did pay them . But now woah I just want to cry. I know this is something that was unavoidable what a lesson I learned. I wish for my rent money and I pray you will vote me thanks friends so much. I have no where no where else to turn. Thanks and God bless. I updated to 400.00 so someone else can get money if I win but right now scores are low. But anyway I feel better. The other money will come from somewhere I know somehow . I am praying. |
